Abstract

The research is now an instructor in the department of animation in a college, discovering that students can not pay attention to their study and lack of motivation to learn. Therefore, the research motivation is how to restore students' learning motivation and have them plunge into course learning. The study aimed to develop "design strategy of peer learning" and to conduct observation in the classroom. The researcher took "observation survey" as a research method and utilize it to design teaching methods, hoping to improve class learning atmosphere and learning attitude. After implementing the design strategy of peer learning, the re-searcher received a total of 43 questionnaires. The survey examined the questionnaires with reliability analysis and utilized factor analysis and independent t test to explain the questionnaire data. Finally, based on the sur-vey data analysis, it is concluded that (1) students consider it is appropriate that the teacher leads the curricu-lum but peer tutor's help is also needed; (2) design strategy of peer learning reduces learning difficulties and enhance students' learning motivation; (3) design strategy of peer learning is more helpful on female students than male students.
